B2B Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic B2B marketing plans for all Force Marketing and affiliate brands, using innovative techniques to increase brand presence and recognition in current market and support movement into future markets. This role plays a key part in the development of marketing direction for the Company and works cross-functionally to ensure the company's solutions are marketed for the highest return on investment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as liaison between senior leadership and vendor partner to oversee full range of B2B Corporate and product marketing services including branding, advertising, web content, graphic design, multimedia development, PR and more.
  • Meet with executive leaders across Force brands to gather needs, outline requirements for key marketing initiatives linked to strategic priorities and debrief on performance outcomes from marketing activities.
  • Consolidate requests from leaders, and convert into tasks that can be delegated and submitted to company marketing vendor partner for strategy consultation, design, development and support.
  • Use vendor partner design and development work products to execute in relevant channels - such as scheduling social media posts, press and media communications, email marketing, digital media, website and more.
  • Build and maintain internal branding guidelines, and release updates as needed.
  • Pull reporting on marketing strategies to show performance of brand awareness initiatives, traffic and lead generation activities, and provide recommendations on how to improve outcomes.
  • Manage companywide marketing systems and applications: Sprout social, HubSpot, Black Pearl, Leadpages, GoToWebinar, Asana, THX Client Gratitude, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Operate as main project manager ensuring all activities related to vendor and internal team tasks for various projects are completed on-time and under or within budget.
  • Lead efforts in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, coordinating campaigns with sales.
  • Works closely with vendor partner to manage and launch new product marketing campaigns and collateral, prepare for company participation at industry events and conferences.

Who You Are & What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study, with 5+ years experience in related area OR possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to gain consensus with audiences of varying level in the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and media practices - highly proficient in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and blog/content creation.
  • Superior communicator with the ability to drive accountability, teamwork, client focus and mutual respect.
  • Google Analytics, PMP or other project management certification a plus!
