The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the organization, using innovative marketing and branding strategies to increase GSM's presence in the current market and movement into future markets. This role plays a key part in the development of marketing direction for the Company and works cross-functionally to ensure GSM's solutions are marketed for the highest return on investment.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee full range of Corporate and product marketing services including branding, advertising, web content, multimedia development, PR and more.
- Facilitate strategic planning for corporate branding to maximize our sales and customer loyalty.
- Identifies improvements in existing marketing practices to increase awareness, drive traffic and generate leads.
- Leads the development and overall management of the GSM website, blog, imaging, and branding to achieve overall objectives of generating revenue, maximizing customer loyalty and minimizing operational expenses.
- Lead efforts in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Works closely with internal teams to manage and launch new product marketing campaigns and collateral.
What You Have and Who You Are:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study with 5+ years of experience in related area or possess and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HubSpot and Salesforce experience a must.
- Extensive knowledge of digital and new media practices, and highly proficient in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and blog writing.
- Superior communicator with the ability to drive accountability, teamwork, customer focus and mutual respect.
- Must be eligible to legally work in the United States.
